These beta terms keep early testing clear: Landery organizes preliminary evidence and possibilities, while controlling legal, environmental, engineering and permit decisions remain with qualified professionals and public authorities.
Invitation and permitted use
Access is personal, revocable and limited to invited users evaluating properties for legitimate real-estate due diligence. Do not share sign-in links, attempt to bypass usage limits, probe other users’ projects or use the service for unlawful discrimination.
No professional opinion or guarantee
Landery is not a survey, title opinion, legal advice, zoning determination, wetland delineation, environmental assessment, septic or well approval, engineering design, appraisal, lender decision, insurance decision or building permit. No report guarantees that a property can or cannot be developed.
User responsibility
Verify the selected property, requested program and uploaded references. Confirm controlling conditions with the relevant township, road agency, health department, environmental authority, surveyor, engineer, attorney or other qualified professional before commitment or construction.
Concepts and third-party data
Mapped homes, drives, septic reserves, wells and easement corridors are preliminary concepts. Public and third-party data can be incomplete, outdated or positionally inaccurate. Source dates and limitations form part of every report and must remain with any shared excerpt.
Reports and feedback
Testers may use approved reports for the stated property-screening purpose. Landery retains its software, methods, report design and branding. Feedback may be used to improve the product without identifying the tester publicly.
Availability and beta changes
The beta may be changed, suspended or ended; analyses may be blocked when coverage or quality requirements are not met. Landery may revoke access for misuse or risks to users, data or service integrity.
